Infiorata di Genzano

Ottavio Missoni is the first stylist to participate in the Infiorata of Genzano in Rome. The Infiorata, held every year in June, consists of the creation of paintings, drawn on the pavement of the historic via Livia, now via Italo Belardi, for which plant essences and over 350 thousand flowers are needed; the entire road, of about 2 thousand square meters, is then covered with flower petals, expertly combined to form splendid paintings and carpets with a festive and suggestive aspect, true works of collective art, whose exhibition lasts for the entire Sunday and the following Monday.
